Offers On Your Home

I will be notified whenever an offer will be coming in. Either the buyer's agent sends it to me and I meet with you to review it, or the agent presents it in person to both of us. We then discuss the terms of the offer and decide whether to accept, decline, or make a counteroffer to change one or more of the terms. If you are fortunate enough to receive multiple offers, I will help you navigate that more complicated situation.

The offers and counteroffers need to get exchanged quickly, so I will be in close contact with you so that you are involved in every stage of the negotiations and can meet to sign paperwork whenever it's needed.
