Meeting and Market Analysis

Preparing a market analysis on your home is critical to ensure that it will sell quickly and for a good price. I do a lot of legwork to make the market analysis thorough and accurate.

First, I will meet with you, walk through your home and talk to you about improvements you have made or problems you have had with it. Then, I take that information and compare your home to other homes of similar size, kind, and condition in your area that have sold recently or are currently on the market. I prepare a comprehensive report that I provide you at our second meeting.

When we meet again, I give you information about my plan for marketing your home and discuss the market analysis with you, including my estimate of your potential net proceeds from the sale. Once we decide we will be working together, you sign a listing agreement and we can start putting together a plan to ready your home to sell.
