How I Market Your Home

While we prepare your home for sale, I also produce many of the marketing materials so they are ready the moment the home is listed for sale. What buyers most want to see is pictures of your home, so I hire a professional photographer who takes exquisite photos and creates eye-catching fliers. I also create a large online photo gallery and write a description that highlights your home's best features.

The day your home is listed, the sign with color fliers goes up in the yard, the listing with photos is uploaded to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), as well as Windermere's and every other real estate agency website.

The first week of marketing is critical, so I hold three open houses (one for Windermere agents, one for all real estate agents, and one for the public) that first week.

Marketing is an ongoing process until your house sells. I continue to hold open houses, distribute color photo fliers, place ads in newspapers, and follow up with every agent who views your home. The internet is an increasingly important marketing tool, so I also generate online photo fliers to be placed on several other websites to give your home as much public exposure as possible.

I keep you up to date on my marketing efforts, promising leads, and feedback we receive from potential buyers. If needed, I will meet with you to reassess our strategy and discuss whether we need to make any changes in the price. I know that selling your home can be a stressful endeavor, and I encourage you to call me any time you have questions or want to talk about the progress we have made.
